I feel I should share this as my kp caused me so much torment for so many years.
I'm delighted to have made this discovery and hope it might help other people.
Dairy was causing mine (ie milk and anything made from milk).
I would DEFINITELY recommend you try cutting out dairy, and foods with milk/dairy ingredients, to see if it makes a difference for you.
It took about a week and a half / 2 weeks for me to notice the improvement. The difference in mine is unbelievable, I still haven't gotten over the novelty
of how comfortable I feel wearing t-shirts or sleevless tops now!
I have MUCH less bumps, the few bumps I do have are flatter, smaller, and the same colour as my normal skin. To quantify it, on a scale of 1 - 100, I would say
the way my kp was with dairy in my diet was a 90, and now, its a 10.
