I just wanted to say that I've been working on losing a bit of weight and have realised that cycling really is the way forward. I used to run, and always
got bored after 20 minutes, and also found that it forced my heart rate above fat burning levels. Recently, I've got myself a bike and it's so much
more enjoyable and motivating. I can happily spend an hour at a time cycling without getting bored.
Firstly, you get to see more of the countryside, so it's far more interesting.
Less pain in your legs as you aren't pounding the roads.
Easier to control your pulse rate (get a heart rate monitor)
Get a comfy saddle and there are no aches or pains. It's simple low impact fat burning.
So if you want to lose weight, get yourself a bike. It's far more enjoyable than running or any of these fad diets. Simple cycle for an hour every day,
maybe commute to work, and then just watch what you eat.
Yeah swimming is also great! I enjoy cycling more as you get to see the sights, but in mid summer swimming is a great way to cool down too.. The one thing I
dislike about swimming is that it builds up your upper body. Great if you're a guy, not so great if you're a girl. Cycling gives you toned legs, which
is good for everyone.
Very nice discussion here!!!
Weight should be maintained if you wish to have good health....
Threre are many health
products available in market which can help to get healthy body.
Exercise is the absolute best solution. Try finding a Sport Activity that you think you'll enjoy. If there isn't anything you like
- then a slow jog or brisk walk is just what the body is asking for.
The benefits of Regular Exercise reach into every area of the body (brain and it's
thought processes, lungs, etc..). Even recent studies suggest that exercise reduces the risk of skin cancer and help those not taking proper care of themselves
(such as smokers). It's an excellent preventative for many illnesses.
Yes, sports can help you to lose weight. It keeps up the level of our energy and increases stamina. It's fun and enjoyable to do. Whether you run, ride a
bike, jog, do Yoga, or to swim. It helps to reduce fats and if a diet meal program is coordinated then it would work.
Aside from sport activities, there have been health products that can help in losing weight example is Melanotan. It is a sunless tanning peptide that cause
less probability of developing skin cancer than direct exposure to the sun and help in the reduction of fat mass.

Thank you for your advise Gekko. I used to bike when my schedule is not busy but if I don't have much time, jump rope is my alternative. It's effective
cause I had a slimmer body than I used to.
