Okay so last year I noticed the spot on the top part of the crack of my butt was darker and rough. Also there were areas of bumpy skin mostly in the middle of
my buttocks. Well I tried lotion to cure it but to no avail. So sometime over last summer, I realized that I had unnecessary tension and pressure in my
stomach area. It was like I was tensing it all the time.
Well I thought that maybe these two things were linked and so I tried to relax the tension in my stomach and pelvis as much as possible. Whenever I was aware
that my stomach, abdomen or pelvis were tense or contracted, I would relax them as much as possible.
It sounds like a miracle but a lot of the KP on my butt subsided. I still relax my stomach whenever I feel tension and although I still have a bit of KP,
overall it's much less than what it was and since I've been doing this it hasn't gotten to the level it was at last winter.
I was wondering if other sufferers of KP (particularly on the bum), after reading this, have noticed that they too have tension in their stomach most of the
time? Let me know.
