I would like to know what everyone thinks about getting on that dreaded apparatus -- known as the scale! Is once a week enough for keeping an eye on your progress?

Also I still use the old type of scale. It is a pain because every time I go to get on it, it has changed the original setting from the last time I used it! Any thoughts on the digitals? Are they really accurate? What about those that have the fat index ( or is it BMI ) feature?
