Hello All, I have been trying to tone up a bit for the last couple years. It has been an ongoing struggle for me, since i feel very uncomfortable going to the gym and working with a personal trainer. i don't know about you guys, but it makes me feel very self-concious and i haven't had very good experiences. I just recently found out about a new program for your ipod, that lets me take certain workouts with me when I go to the gym. I wanted to know if anyone has tried anything like this. There are some free ones at www.menshealth.com/downloads. (i know it is men's health but the free ones were good for me). I am a little cautious about buying them and wondered if anyone had thoughts on these. - lyfestile
