my daughter whio is ten yrs has had kp since she was 4. we struggle d with it alot and all the different dr.s it took to find out what it was for sure. She is currently on salex (perscription) but it isnt anything great either. But clinique 3 step, chap stick, elidel, hydrocortizone cream, cotton pillows and cases, and any other thing weve been told to do doesnt work either. my advise sun clears it up termendously but dont burn it , dont wear wool, and wash it hard. good luck!!

I don't know much about KP on faces, but I have seen absolutely fabulous results on face breakouts with "acne free." You can get it any drug store for about $20. Its a 3 step treatment. 1) Cleansing solution, 2) Toner (removes dead skin cells), 3) acne treatment.

I know that what you are refering to is probably not acne, but if you can spare the 20 spot, it might be worth a shot.
