I'm 35 and have had this problem since I was about 10 years old. And it has only gotten worse and worse. I have it all over my body. The only place I don't have it is on my hands, fee and face. Otherwise my body is covered. It's so hard I never want to wear anything but a total body cover. Very depressing. I recommend you call the dr (assuming she or he is a dermatologist, if not, make an appt with a dermatologist) and let the dr know that it didn't work and you need to try another one. There are a number of prescrip creams to try and the salicylic acid 6% worked for me. Try making sure your clothes are rinsed well of all deturgents and watch using alot of dryer sheets. Things that come in contact with your skin is what makes a difference. KP is a condition in which your skin is extremly dry.
I use emu oil for a lotion, it is all natural.
