			<description><![CDATA[ mileT6:  you wrote that the cream prescribed by our dr did not work.  DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!  <br><br>I recommend you call the dr (assuming she or he is a dermatologist, if not, make an appt with a dermatologist) and let the dr know that it didn't work and you need to try another one.  There are a number of prescrip creams to try and the salicylic acid 6% worked for me.  It took about a month to notice a big improvement but I am very happy and it has almost completely cleared the KP from the back... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Try buying homade soap, something with honey and olive oil. <br>Dont use products with mineral oil or petrolium in it.  Try making sure your clothes are rinsed well of all deturgents and watch using alot of dryer sheets.  Things that come in contact with your skin is what makes a difference. KP is a condition in which your skin is extremly dry. <br>I use emu oil for a lotion, it is all natural.   Store bought items are full of chemicals which can cause your skin to get worse. ]]></description>
