1) Silly putty, you can fold it over an over and make little bubbles to pop.
2) Don't allow yourself to start picking.
3) Put a note pad on your mirror and write about your feelings when you have the urge to pick.

For me, the more stressed I am the more I pick. Its my wedding next yr and i am desperatley trying to stop squeezing now and find the best treatment for hopefully clear it up so I am happy to show my arms off next yr. .....
