I just wanted to say that I&#39;ve been working on losing a bit of weight and have realised that cycling really is the way forward.  I used to run, and always
got bored after 20 minutes, and also found that it forced my heart rate above fat burning levels.  Recently, I&#39;ve got myself a bike and it&#39;s so much
more enjoyable and motivating.  I can happily spend an hour at a time cycling without getting bored.

			<description><![CDATA[ Thank you for your advise Gekko. I used to bike when my schedule is not busy but if I don&#39;t have much time, jump rope is my alternative. It&#39;s effective
cause I had a slimmer body than I used to.

dislike about swimming is that it builds up your upper body. Great if you&#39;re a guy, not so great if you&#39;re a girl.  Cycling gives you toned legs, which
