Does anyone have tips on balancing the healthy eating and weight with not going overboard and obsessing about it? It is a very thin line, and I find myself
all the time running into going to the point of obsessing over my weight, the number of calories I take in and how much I'm exercising. How do I balance
this so it doesn't get worse?

You don't need to count the calories. Instead of doing this you could focus on eating healthy food. In this way, there is notething to worry about,
especially when you born the calories. So, my advice is to eat healthy food and to try to exercise more.
