I just found out that this exists, and that others have it! I have moisturized the crap out of my arms for as long as I can remember, and as long as I do this, the bumps are to a minimum. I still get a straggler. What Bothers me now, is the redness. Like, all my pores are red and it looks worse than the bumps alone looked. Is this what everyone else's looks like? To make them less noticeable, I tan, and use nivea shimmer lotion.
I've heard many good things about the Johnson and Johnson baby oil gel, too. I've read that the "chamomile" one has the most subdued fragrance and doesn't smell like baby powder like the other 2.

Another thing you may want to try for redness would be a lotion with peppermint, eucalyptus, spearmint and/or tea tree oil in it.

I haven't beaten the bumps or the redness. I have found that using Johson's baby oil gel really helps the bumps go away if i put it on like every other day. It is really sticky, though, so I mix it with a little lotion to make it more spreadable. Put it on at night because it is shiny and needs the night to soak in. That is my best skin softener. My legs get so red and covered in red polka dots. It is so embarrassing!
