As I said before, I don't want to use AHA because my son is outdoors alot. Any suggestions. I tried a million different kinds of lotions, creamy vaseline, and aquaphor baby healing ointment with really no improvement. Any ideas?

He inherited it from me. I have it on my face but it is not nearly as bad as his. I have done everything. I now use dove soap for sensitive skin and baby aveno soothing cream. I have tried every baby cream. The doctor told me to use vaseline and that didn't do any good. I don't want to use an alpha hydroxy because he is outside alot and I don't want him to get burned.
